Shipping policy
All orders are fulfilled and shipped out on Tuesday’s and Friday’s by 3PM.

International/U.S.
NO P.O BOXES
Once shipped, US orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail by default and take 5-7 business days
For international orders, we ship with UPS, DHL and USPS International, depending on the country and region. Shipping times can vary between 1-4 weeks.
Returns and exchanges
Returns to be done 7 days within receiving package, unfortunately we can't refund shipping costs in the return process. However, we will try our best to accomodate any discrepancies. With the refund process we will also need the package sent before we can issue the refund. Thank you for understanding!
